Welcome to Camp Holmesville. We are glad you chose to stay with us and hope you enjoy your time on the river. By booking a stay at Camp Holmesville, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Reservations & Payments
Reservations are confirmed once payment has been received and a confirmation email has been sent.
The person making the reservation must be at least 21 years old and is responsible for all guests staying on the property.
Cancellation and refund policies are provided at the time of booking and may vary depending on the reservation dates.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in and check-out times are provided in your reservation confirmation.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request but cannot be guaranteed.
Please leave the property in reasonable condition upon departure.
Occupancy & Guests
Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless approved in advance.
Parties, large gatherings, or events are not permitted without prior approval.
Guests are responsible for the behavior and safety of everyone in their group.
Property Rules
Please treat the property with care and respect.
No smoking is allowed inside any cabin or structure.
If pets are allowed at your reservation, they must be supervised and cleaned up after at all times.
Please be respectful of neighboring properties and keep noise levels reasonable, especially during evening hours.
Campfires and fire pits must always be attended and fully extinguished when not in use.
River & Outdoor Activities
Camp Holmesville is located in a natural outdoor setting along the river. Guests understand and accept that outdoor activities involve inherent risks.
By staying on the property, guests acknowledge that they use the river, sandbars, fire pits, walking areas, docks, and all outdoor spaces at their own risk.
Camp Holmesville is not responsible for injuries, accidents, slips, falls, water-related incidents, wildlife encounters, insect bites, weather conditions, or loss of personal property.
Children must be supervised at all times near the river and outdoor areas.
Damages
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear.
Please notify us as soon as possible if something is damaged or not working properly so we can address it quickly.
## Weather & Natural Conditions
Because Camp Holmesville is located in a natural outdoor environment, conditions such as rain, flooding, storms, insects, wildlife, fallen branches, power outages, or changing river conditions may occasionally occur and are outside of our control.
No refunds will be issued for weather-related conditions.
